Any and all deductibles / co-pays / out of pocket balances will be due by the patient on the day of surgery. As a courtesy, GRSS will submit a claim to your insurance company on your behalf. Once the claim has been processed accordingly, we will bill you for any differences, based on the amount allowed by your insurance company and your applicable benefits. If GRSS over collected on the day of surgery, the expectation would be to issue a refund check back to you once your insurance company pays accordingly per agreed contract.
Estimates of patient responsibility are available upon request.
Our pricing is competitive, and the total out-of-pocket expenses will be approximately the same, or less than what you would pay at another facility. We accept cash, checks and major credit cards.
